Using dark fibre connectivity, FibreSpan has successfully connected four educational sites on behalf of the West Grantham Federation including St Hugh’s Secondary School, Spitalgate Primary School, the Earl of Dysart Primary School and a local sports centre.

FibreSpan’s dark fibre network allows the facilities to enjoy high bandwidth functionality at all sites across a single virtual network, as opposed to each location having to procure and manage its own broadband supply at a higher cost. Additionally, the locations’ IT function now has easy control and single-site visibility of all systems and applications enabling greater operational efficiency.
