Top International Investment Bank Awards Contract to FibreSpan

FibreSpan, a national network carrier that specialises in dedicated dark fibre and ultra-high bandwidth network services, has announced hand-over of a point-to-point LAN extension to a top-tier international investment bank, head-quartered in the City of London.

The customer is relocating senior staff during a three-year redevelopment project at its head-quarters and needed to quickly and simply extend its existing communications network, comprising both fibre and copper technologies.

FibreSpan’s experience in deploying dark fibre and high bandwidth network solutions, direct site-to-site network design and expertise in managing bandwidth solutions, has enabled it to plan and implement services between the two sites utilising a combination of dark fibre, copper and CAT5 technologies.
